Payment & Cancellations

Payment terms are agreed upon at time of purchase. Clients may choose a payment plan. Unredeemed sessions may be forfeited. Refunds are only offered as explicitly outlined in program terms. If payments are canceled before the full amount is paid, access to the program may be revoked without refund or credit.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, templates, and content are property of Bold Career Talk. You may not copy, distribute, or share them without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond the refund terms outlined in our program. You agree to use our services at your own discretion and hold Bold Career Talk harmless from any other results.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.

SMS Terms

Bold Career Talk – SMS Notifications & Reminders

This program sends SMS notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our shortcode. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
