I’ve tried everything - how do I know this will help?
Many job seekers come to us after trying everything on their own but not seeing results. They’ve spent hours preparing for each interview, yet still struggle to stand out. They know something isn’t working—but they can’t figure out what.
They also realize that if they continue doing the same thing, they’ll likely keep getting the same results.
That’s because it’s hard to fix something when you don’t even know what’s broken.
We’ve worked with clients who have been hiring managers in the past, but couldn’t figure out why their own interviews weren’t sticking now that they’re on the other side of the table.
We’ve also worked with executives, senior leaders, and HR personnel who, after going through our program, realized exactly why what they’d been doing on their own for months wasn’t getting them results.
One of the most valuable elements of our program is helping you identify your interview gaps and blind spots, and showing you exactly how to fix them. You’ll walk away with a more comprehensive preparation strategy, and a deeper understanding of the talking points and details that catch the attention of hiring teams. You’ll also discover how to focus your message and tell your stories powerfully, so you can give yourself the best possible chance at every role.
We’ll show you what “WOW” interviews looks and feel like, so you can get the clarity you need to truly stand out.
What’s the return on this investment?
Job searching can be tough — especially when you’re juggling a full-time job or facing the pressure of unemployment. The right preparation and support can make all the difference in landing a role faster and maximizing your opportunities.
If you’re employed, juggling your current job while searching for a new one can be overwhelming. That’s why it’s crucial to make the most of your prep time. Our coaching helps you focus on what truly moves the needle, so you walk into every interview with confidence and a clear strategy. We’ve helped clients move both laterally and into higher-level roles—whether within their company or at a new organization. And when you interview well, you increase your chances of receiving competing offers, giving you the leverage to choose the right role for you.
If you’re unemployed, every month without a job is not only emotionally draining, but it has a real financial cost. Consider this: For every $100K in salary you earned before, being out of work can cost you over $8,000 per month. The average job seeker took 5-6 months to find a job in 2024, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics and LinkedIn surveys. Over several months, those missed earnings can add up fast. Most of our six-figure clients make back their coaching investment in their first paycheck—often much sooner than if they had kept struggling on their own.
For many professionals, investing in interview coaching speeds up their job search and gives them better opportunities to choose from.
Don’t spend months struggling on your own—we’ll help you make the most of every opportunity from the get-go.
How do I know if the problem is my resume or my interviews?
What most job seekers don’t realize is that what gets them invited to the interview won’t necessarily get them the job. If you’re getting interviews but not landing the offer, the issue is likely your interview skills, not your resume.
Your resume doesn’t have to be perfect—it just needs to be good enough to get you in the door for the interview. But once you’re in the interview, there’s a lot less room for error. Your interviews can’t just be “good enough” – you need to to position yourself in a way that makes it clear you’re the best candidate among everyone else who’s vying for the role. And that can be hard to do on your own.
A good rule of thumb is you should be getting interviews for 10% to 20% of the jobs you apply to. Anything less means your bottleneck might be your resume, job search strategy, or both.
Interview coaching can help if you’re getting invited to interviews, but…
- You’re not getting past the first round of interviews
- You can get to the final round of interviews, but you haven’t received any offers
- You are starting to job search and need to be ready for an interview at any moment
Remember, your resume is gets you in the door for interviews. Your interview skills are what land you the offer.
How soon should I get interview coaching?
The earlier, the better. In 2024, the average job search took 5-6 months. We’ve seen time and time again that the longer job seekers interview on their own without getting help, the harder it becomes to get unstuck.
The interview landscape has changed. You can no longer get away with researching the a company for a few minutes and then winging it. Today’s interviews also require more than canned answers to a few common questions. You need to be ready with specific stories and examples that demonstrate your impact, all while keeping answers concise, engaging, and relevant.
Remember, interviewing is a skill that’s separate from anything else you do in the workplace. Just because you’re good at your job doesn’t mean you’ll be able to communicate your experience in a way that resonates with interviewer.
From our experience, companies move fast once they’re interested — most of the time, you won’t have more than a few days’ notice before an interview.
Getting professional help early means you’ll have more time to build this skill and be more prepared for every opportunity. Plus, the longer you stay unemployed, the harder it becomes financially to make the investment.
We’ve had clients come to us as soon as they know they’ll be job searching, and we’ve had others reach out after months of job searching on their own. Trust us — it’s much easier to build your interview skills early rather than trying to undo months of bad habits and rejections.
Don’t wait—get help early.

Program FAQs
We specialize exclusively in helping you master your interview skills. Unlike most job search services that provide general services in a wide range of areas, we focus solely on preparing you for interviews to ensure you’re performing at your best when it matters most.
As a specialist service, we do not offer resume, LinkedIn, career change, or job search support. However, if you need help in those areas before starting interview prep, let us know and we’ll send you some colleagues whom we trust and are comfortable referring our clients to.
All of our interview prep programs are 100% remote.
You’ll access the interview course and materials via a digital learning platform called ThriveCart. All of your coaching sessions will take place over Zoom.
There are a lot of external factors we can’t control when it comes to landing a job—things like company hiring timelines, whether clients are job searching full-time or alongside a current role, and the job market in their area.
That said, the success metric our team focuses on is how much clients improve their interview skills and confidence after completing the program. Of the clients who have completed our survey, 98% felt more prepared to answer questions, and 96% felt more confident about their interviews.
Of those who complete the program and circle back with us, clients land a role within an average of 6-8 weeks. While we can’t guarantee exact timing, we work hard to give our clients the tools and confidence they need to give themselves the best possible chance of success.
Scheduling FAQs
Our availability depends on the time of year, but generally, once you sign up for the program, our coaches normally have some availability to meet within a week or two for your initial coaching session. Our coaches typically meet with clients on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM PST.
Most clients take a few days to go through the included self-guided training curriculum and end up scheduling their first session about a week after signing up. That being said, if you have signed up for a program and an urgent request comes up, we’ll do what we can to accommodate you on an expedited schedule.
Please make sure to confirm any timing constraints during your consultation so we can ensure the best possible support for your needs.
You’ll have access until you accept a job offer, up to 6 months.
You do not need to have an interview scheduled in order to sign up. For the most part, we recommend clients start the program about 1-2 weeks before they expect to start interviewing, so you have time to familiarize yourself with the program materials and meet for our coaching sessions. We typically have a few timeslots available within a week, but the sooner we start working together, the more likely we can get you on the calendar when you need it.
Once you sign up for either program, youll get access to start going through the training course and learning materials right away. We usually have a few open coaching slots in any given week for coaching sessions.
Payment FAQs
No. To ensure fairness to our clients and staff, prices are fixed, and we do not negotiate or offer discounts. We work with many individuals who are unemployed or between jobs, and offering discounts to one individual would make it unfair for other clients.
We understand that some individuals may have budgetary constraints. To help, we offer a split-payment option on our program: pay half upfront and the remaining half one month later.
Please see our Pricing & Services for the most up-to-date pricing information.
No, we do not offer single “à la carte” coaching sessions or custom packages.
Interviewing is a skill that takes time to build, and most job seekers face deeper challenges in their interviews that require multiple sessions to really address. From our experience, one-off sessions just don’t provide the depth or refinement needed for real results.
In today’s tough job market, it takes a lot more than a few surface-level changes stand out from the competition. That’s exactly what we’re here to do — to help you develop game-changing strategies that uplevel your performance and land you that offer.
After your consultation, if it’s a good fit, we’ll receive an email with the link to sign up to whichever program you’re interested in.
We accept credit card payments via Stripe, a secure payment platform.
The Complete Interview Support Program can be split into two or three monthly payments, at no extra charge. The first payment is processed on the day you sign up, with subsequent payments processed monthly after that.

Tali’s journey into coaching began when she realized she had a knack for communicating professional value after a big career change. She had successfully pivoted from corporate project management into working in the film industry as a camera assistant. About a year into making this change, she realized she had broken into a new industry and risen through the ranks faster than her peers —not because of technical knowledge or experience, but because of her ability to present herself effectively in a way that resonates with key decision-makers.
In 2023, Tali noticed how many talented individuals were missing out on job opportunities simply because they couldn’t articulate themselves in a way that resonated with hiring teams. She started sharing tips and strategies on social media, and after receiving dozens of messages from people saying her advice helped them land jobs, she realized she had found her calling. Tali began offering paid programs for individuals seeking more in-depth support, became officially certified, and thus, Bold Career Talk was born!
Tali is certified by the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC) as a Certified Interview Coach.
