Terms of Money-Back Guarantee
These guarantee terms reflect our current offer for new clients. We update them occasionally as our programs evolve. If you’re an existing client, refer to your coaching agreement for the terms that apply to you.
Conditions of Guarantee:
- Client must apply to an average of twelve (12) relevant roles per week. These roles should align with at least seventy percent (70%) of the Client’s qualifications and past experiences.
- Client must maintain valid and favorable professional references.
- Client must complete the Interview Success Training Course and accompanying workbook, and schedule their first coaching session within the first two (2) weeks of enrolling in the program.
- Client must meet with a member of their coaching team either (a) at least once every two (2) weeks throughout the program, OR (b) a total of twelve (12) times over the course of the program.
- Client must complete all assigned homework provided by the coaching team between sessions.
- Client must fill out a Self-Assessment questionnaire after each interview they complete.
- Client must provide weekly updates on their job search, as requested by the coaching team.
Bold Career Talk reserves the right to request reasonable proof of compliance with the above conditions, including but not limited to, job application records and completed workbook.
