Terms of Money-Back Guarantee
These guarantee terms reflect our current offer for new clients. We update them occasionally as our programs evolve. If you’re an existing client, refer to your coaching agreement for the terms that apply to you.
If the Client satisfies all the conditions outlined below and does not receive a job offer within the program time limit, the Client may choose either (a) a full refund of the program fees, or (b) an extension of coaching services for an additional four (4) months at no extra cost.
Conditions of Guarantee:
- In order to maintain a consistent pipeline of interview opportunities, client must apply to at least fifteen (15) relevant roles per week, that match at least seventy percent (70%) of their qualifications
- Client must complete the Interview Success Training Course, fill out the Interview Prep Workbook, and schedule their first coaching session within the first two (2) weeks of enrolling in the program.
- Client must meet with their coach (a) at least 10 times over the course of the program.
- Client must complete all assigned homework provided by their coach between sessions, including practicing their talking points out loud, and watching recordings of coaching calls.
- Client must maintain valid and favorable professional references.
Bold Career Talk reserves the right to request reasonable proof of compliance with the above conditions, including but not limited to, job application records and completed workbook.
